  Pros

  The Woody Sunshine Supercritical RTG Omega-3 Plant-based Capsules contain fresh anchovy oil in vegetable capsules, making them easy to digest even for my mother who has a sensitive stomach. Among omega products, some have a distinctive fishy smell that makes them unpalatable, but this one doesn't have that issue, which is great! It contains EPA, DHA, vitamin E, and vitamin D, allowing for comprehensive care in one go. I particularly appreciate that it's an eco-friendly brand that considers both our body's health and the planet's well-being.

  Cons

  While I'm fine with larger capsules, my mother found them a bit challenging to swallow due to their size.

  Tip

  Many other omega-3 products require taking two capsules daily, but with Woody Sunshine, one capsule is sufficient, which is excellent.
