I ended up buying this because the ingredients are so great. It seems perfect for enjoying with the kids. The price point is reasonable too. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Overall, it seems pretty decent and satisfactory.

Among omega products, some have a distinctive fishy smell that makes them unpalatable, but this one doesn't have that issue, which is great! It contains EPA, DHA, vitamin E, and vitamin D, allowing for comprehensive care in one go. I particularly appreciate that it's an eco-friendly brand that considers both our body's health and the planet's well-being. While I'm fine with larger capsules, my mother found them a bit challenging to swallow due to their size. Many other omega-3 products require taking two capsules daily, but with Woody Sunshine, one capsule is sufficient, which is excellent.
