I started taking these with the goal of achieving deep hydration from within! After about 3 weeks, I feel like my dryness is gradually improving, but I think I need to keep taking them for a while longer. I have atopic dermatitis, and while I was hoping it might help, it seems to at least not be making it worse. The smell was a bit off-putting for me. When I burp after taking these, the odor that comes up is really something else...
