After taking it consistently for over 3 months, my nails stopped splitting and breaking. My hair also became noticeably fuller. The price is quite high, so I stock up during sales. I wish they could reduce their advertising costs a bit. To make sure I don't forget, I take it right before bed every night. For the first week, I took three pills daily. After seeing the effects of stronger nails, I've been taking the recommended dose of two pills.

After this product, I've tried various other collagen supplements, but Evercollagen showed the most visible results. The only downside is the price.
