Since collagen production starts declining from your late 20s, it's crucial to consume, apply, and generate collagen (through devices and exercise) for optimal results. Ever Collagen provides sufficient anti-aging support. If you're expecting dramatic results from inner beauty products, you'd need to regularly visit a dermatologist for numerous expensive treatments, and the effects would fade quickly once you stop. A few days after I started taking it, my complexion became clearer. Despite struggling with insomnia and interrupted sleep due to menopausal symptoms, I received many compliments from friends I hadn't seen in a while, saying my skin looked amazing. I've tried competing products from other brands (like Chong Kun Dang and Rich Collagen), but personally, the dramatic effects of Ever Collagen Time Biotin Up were far superior. Of course, I understand that the high-quality ingredients justify the premium price, but it's true that for me, it's a relatively expensive product. To enhance collagen absorption, it's recommended to take it before bed, so I made sure to take it every night after 10 PM.

The more I take it, the more I notice my complexion becoming clearer and brighter. I've been taking it along with vitamin C instead of just collagen alone, which I think has created an even better synergistic effect. There weren't any real downsides! The only thing is that since it's a powder, you need water to take it. But I don't really mind that and often just swallow it with saliva. If I don't have water, I just consume the powder as is.
