1. Each tablet contains a high dose of 350mg of Mg per serving. 2. You can immediately experience the benefits of magnesium, such as reducing eye twitching, alleviating stress, and relaxing muscle tension. 3. As an added bonus, it also helped improve constipation. 1. The magnesium is in the form of magnesium oxide, which has a lower absorption rate compared to organic acid or chelated magnesium forms. 2. As it's a single-ingredient supplement, it only replenishes Mg (which can be seen as both an advantage and disadvantage). For even more effective fatigue recovery and stress relief, try taking it alongside vitamin B complex supplements! - ma**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 16, 2023
Great for basic health maintenance! My mom and I both take it due to her eye twitching. Since my mom is on Warfarin (4.5mg daily), we checked with the doctor first. They said it's okay to take, as the magnesium content isn't excessive. If you're on other medications, this might be a gentler option. Still, if you have a sensitive condition requiring medication, always consult your doctor before starting any supplements. The magnesium dosage seems to be just right. Plus, it's convenient - just one pill a day does the trick! As a healthy person, I can't really notice any subtle changes like improved sleep. We thought it might help with my mom's eye twitching, but it seems ineffective when she's really tired. Ultimately, managing stress and maintaining a balanced diet seems to be the best approach. However, being a Warfarin user, my mom has to be careful with certain nutrients, so we just try to eat a varied diet within those limitations. I vaguely remember reading somewhere that for those with magnesium deficiency, taking this supplement might help calm you down. Some people even say taking a pill before bed works almost like a sleep aid. But honestly, I can't say I've noticed any of these effects myself! - lu******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 3, 2023
Sometimes when I'm tired or low on magnesium, I experience eye twitching at the corners. Taking this supplement during those times or regularly seems to help! In my opinion, there aren't really any significant drawbacks so far! - ri********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2023
One tablet is all you need. Since my multivitamin already contains other essential nutrients, I don't need additional zinc or calcium. I love that I can easily adjust my magnesium intake with just this product. I've been taking it because it's supposed to help with sleep, but I'm not sure if I've noticed any dramatic effects... For those of you taking multivitamins, check if your current supplement already contains calcium or zinc. If you don't need additional zinc or calcium, this product might be a great option for you. - ma********Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2023
I bought this because a pharmacist recommended magnesium for menstrual cramps. While it was fine for eye twitches, I'm not sure if it had much effect on menstrual cramps, possibly due to the low content. The pills are small, which is great for someone like me who usually has trouble swallowing medication. - qo*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2023
I often heard that eye twitching was due to magnesium deficiency, so I decided to take this supplement when I experienced it. Magnesium is said to be an essential nutrient too! After about three months of use, I noticed a reduction in my eye twitching. I initially considered taking it with calcium, but I wanted to see if magnesium alone would have an effect. Later, I switched to a supplement that included both. The smooth surface of the tablets makes them easy to swallow! I think this supplement could be beneficial for people of all ages. It might be more convenient to take a supplement that combines calcium, minerals, and other nutrients all in one. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 23, 2023
I bought this for my mom because she was complaining about severe eye twitching. She said it got better right after taking it, which is great! I've heard it's best to take magnesium with zinc and calcium, but this seems to only contain magnesium. - th*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 3, 2023
I take this before bed along with sleep supplements and theanine. Magnesium is essential for Koreans. I usually feel tired and have trouble sleeping, but since taking this, my eye twitching has improved and I feel less sensitive. It seems like my muscles are more relaxed too? The pills must be coated because they're smooth and easy to swallow. Taking one a day seems really beneficial. There's nothing particularly bad. If I had to nitpick, instead of selling magnesium alone in the bottle (since I take it before bed), it would be nice if it came packaged with other products that work well together in daily single-serve packets. They say it's best to take it before bed in the evening. It helps you fall asleep and wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning. If you have sleep issues like me, try taking it with sleep supplements and theanine.
