I was looking for a supplement with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, and vitamin K, as they seemed to be missing or insufficient in my current multivitamin. This product was exactly what I needed, so I decided to purchase it as an addition to my regimen. What I really appreciate about this product is that it's odorless and flavorless, and it comes at a reasonable price. The disappointing aspect is the oversized desiccant container inside the bottle, which makes it difficult to get the pills out. A gentle shake might release one pill, while a stronger shake could spill out 3 or 4 pills, sometimes even dropping them on the floor. This inconvenience is why I deducted one star from my rating. As shown in the photo, I'm keeping track of my daily intake by marking dates for a month. I've found this method helpful because otherwise, I tend to forget whether I've taken my supplement or not.

I'm Vita generally sticks to the basics, which I appreciate, and it's not too pricey either. While it might not measure up to premium products, its wallet-friendly price is a definite plus. Some people might find it a bit lacking. If you're after something with higher concentrations of active ingredients, I'd recommend checking out other products!

This product, however, contains five essential nutrients for bone health, providing more than the daily recommended amount. The pills are small, making them easy to swallow. Given its high concentration, you need to take two pills a day... That's the only downside I can think of.
