The individual packaging is a nice touch. Unfortunately, it arrived in ice packaging, so I have to keep it in the refrigerator. I appreciate that this product uses Alaskan omega sources, which eliminates concerns about heavy metals. Compared to other omega-3 supplements, it has a less fishy smell, which is a plus. The attractive packaging would make it a great gift option. The price point is on the higher side. The pill size is quite large, but that's typical for most omega-3 supplements. A product created by a pharmacist YouTuber. The ingredients are great, the concentration is excellent, and I love that each capsule is individually packaged. Since the concentration is high, the capsules are a bit large, so please swallow them carefully. With just one capsule a day, you can get 800mg of DHA and EPA. It's disappointing that compared to products purchased directly from abroad, our domestic products are generally much more expensive, which makes them less cost-effective. You can get 800mg of DHA and EPA with just one capsule a day. If you want to take a more proactive approach, you can take two. You can purchase it at a slightly lower price when the pharmacist influencer does a group buy. I made my second purchase during one of these events and now have it stored in my refrigerator. Also, since omega-3 is fat-soluble, it's best to take it right after meals to increase absorption.
