Since I started taking this, my digestive system seems more active and I'm having regular bowel movements. I also feel less tired than usual. I wonder if hydration and fat reduction are really the most important things for women... The composition is questionable compared to the men's version of Haru Engine. I take the probiotics before meals, and the green tea extract, ginkgo leaf extract, hyaluronic acid, and multivitamins after meals.
