The taste is reminiscent of cotton candy or gum, which I found pleasant and not off-putting. The serving size is enormous - about 5-6g per packet, making it impossible to consume in one go. The powder is extremely fine, so if you accidentally inhale it, you'll end up coughing a lot. It's best to dissolve small amounts in water. Unlike probiotics that you can quickly swallow with water, this clumps up like cotton candy or syrup. I have to take it in two or three attempts, letting it dissolve in my mouth. This inconvenience makes me less inclined to take it regularly.
