It contains 5 billion probiotics, uses DuPont Danisco's similar bacterial ingredients, and the pills are small, making them easy to swallow. The room temperature storage is convenient too. As a probiotic for vaginal health, I felt it was genuinely helpful. It seems to agree with me, so I plan to continue taking it. For some reason, domestic products tend to be more expensive compared to others. I wish the price was a bit more affordable.
