I sneakily tried my mom's. The taste was decent, and I think I saw some benefits. I have a yeast infection, and it feels like it's improved a bit? I tried this because I've been struggling with yeast infections. The taste was actually not bad. They say probiotics work differently for everyone, but I guess I wasn't one of the lucky ones. I absolutely love these probiotic supplements for vaginal health! While I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect, I feel like they're doing wonders for both my gut and vaginal health. Unfortunately, the price is quite steep for long-term use, which is a bit disappointing.
