I never really paid attention to PMS before, but recently I've noticed changes in my condition, so I decided to give this a try. I bought it because it's made with vegetable capsules and has the highest content of gamma-linolenic acid. I really appreciated that each capsule is individually wrapped. I've been taking it for about a month, but I can't say I've noticed any significant effects. Also, I generally have trouble swallowing pills, and these are on the larger side. Having to take two pills a day made it a bit inconvenient for me.

I was taking evening primrose oil to help with blood circulation, but I switched to borage oil, which contains 2-3 times more gamma-linolenic acid. It contains 300mg of gamma-linolenic acid, the maximum recommended daily intake. It also includes Vitamin E, so you can expect antioxidant benefits. There's no fishy smell typical of Omega-6, making it easy to take. The individual packaging reduces the risk of oxidation and makes it convenient to carry. It's certified by the food and drug administration, uses plant-based ingredients, and has no additives - all goooood points. I've been able to alleviate PMS symptoms before and after my period with consistent intake of gamma-linolenic acid, and I'm expecting even better results with this higher concentration. Perhaps due to the maximum daily intake of gamma-linolenic acid, the soft gel capsules might feel a bit large to some. However, it's fine if you take them with plenty of water. A trustworthy product certified by the food and drug administration, made with plant-based ingredients and no additives. I bought this for severe menstrual cramps and inflammation, but the pills are quite large. After being disappointed with a locally sold borage oil product, I stopped taking it for a while. I then started trying products from other companies, but I was curious about TrueAL-X, so I got one when participating in a group order. I've been taking these for about three months, and I feel like my PMS symptoms have significantly improved. The pills are larger than I expected, and they're a bit difficult to remove from the packaging, which is disappointing.

TrueALX Borage Oil I love that the gamma-linolenic acid component offers many beneficial effects I need, such as improving cholesterol levels, blood circulation, PMS symptoms, and skin condition. This product contains a generous 300mg of gamma-linolenic acid, comes at a reasonable price, has clean ingredients, and delivers great results. It's truly a product I adore. While both Green Store and TrueALX products are excellent in performance and I don't feel much difference between them, I prefer Green Store's product because it's often available at a lower discounted price. The pills are quite long horizontally, which might cause some discomfort when swallowing. The more consistently you take it, the more noticeable the improvements seem to be.
