The best thing was that it didn't have a fishy smell. Instead of the large pill size, I chose the 'Easy' version for my family's convenience. Although it's two pills per serving, it was much easier to take. In the past, when omega-3 first came out in bottles, the smell was too strong and hard to swallow, so I couldn't take it for years. But things changed when I found Kyung Nam Pharm's Easy version. There was no fishy taste when swallowing, and no aftertaste at all. It contains 600mg of combined EPA and DHA, with 60 capsules in a bottle, taking 2 per day (vegetable capsules). I didn't choose products with extremely high EPA and DHA content to avoid potential stress on the stomach or liver.

Cons

There were no downsides. The price was good, shipping was fast, and there was no fishy smell after taking it.
