I bought this because I needed vitamins. The daily serving provides enough, and I didn't experience any particular issues. At first, I carelessly tossed it back without thinking, and was shocked by how sour it was. I thought it would be similar to Re*na, but I should have checked the instructions first. After only taking vitamin C in refined pill form, I tried the powder version and found it wasn't much of an inconvenience. After taking it, I felt like my cold symptoms were less severe, which was great! The downside is that unless it's on sale, the price isn't exactly budget-friendly. Those who can't handle spicy things should be careful - it's really potent! I mix it with my cereal and drink it together. It's easy to consume without feeling heavy. The price is reasonable, and I don't have any complaints. I'm quite satisfied with it. I've always used this product, and I managed to snag it at a great price! It's a bit too tart, which makes it somewhat challenging to consume. I'd recommend having it with water.

It's great that I can easily get my vitamin intake. It's a solid choice. There's hardly any sour taste, so if you're not a fan of sourness, you might not enjoy this.
