It has a refreshing taste without any fishy flavor. It's perfect as a snack when you're craving something to munch on. The powder is fine, so it's good to take with water. It seems to absorb quickly, likely due to the Time Biotin Cell formula! Being a powder instead of a pill makes it easy to take. The price point is a bit on the higher side, which is disappointing. I love that they come in individual packets. It seems to be effective when taken consistently. To be honest, the taste isn't great... There are many delicious collagen supplements available in stores, so I'd rather have those instead.

The refreshing taste didn't have that typical fishy collagen flavor. It's great as a health supplement with zinc and various other ingredients. I've struggled with other products that tasted fishy before, so I'm personally satisfied with both the taste and aroma of this one. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. If I had to find something, it would be the price. This isn't something you take once and forget about - it's for lifelong care. It dissolves better if you take a sip of water first, then pour it into your mouth.
