This was one of the best probiotics I've ever taken. It really helped regulate my digestion twice a day. The price... it's honestly too expensive. 45,000 won per month seems a bit excessive. The powder packets are individually wrapped, making them convenient to carry around. The effects seem pretty decent too. I'm planning to keep taking them for a while longer. While it worked fine for me, I think the taste and smell might be a bit divisive for some people.

After taking them, I've definitely noticed a reduction in vaginal discharge. There's not really anything to complain about, except maybe that it's a powder form? I needed probiotics, and after seeing recommendations online and on YouTube, I decided to give these a try. I'm on my second bottle now, and it seems to be good for my digestive system as I'm having regular bowel movements. Many people have reported improved skin, so I'm hopeful and consistently taking them. Each box contains individually wrapped packets, which seems unnecessary. I end up opening all of them and putting them in one container anyway...
