Pros
The scent is a cool minty or peppermint aroma. As soon as you apply it to your scalp with the dropper, it gives a refreshing cooling sensation that reduces scalp heat. When you massage it in, it absorbs completely, leaving a clean feeling. What I love most is that even after multiple applications, there's no buildup - that's really appealing. While I haven't seen dramatic results yet, I believe it will help prevent hair loss by reducing scalp heat. Also, during seasonal changes or when using the wrong shampoo, I sometimes get scalp blemishes. Before this product arrived, I had a couple, but after applying this on a whim, they disappeared in just about three days!
Cons
It's really disappointing that there aren't more detailed instructions. I wish they explained how to use it for the best results and how much to apply. Oh, and I noticed that if you don't massage it in right after applying it to your scalp, it can run down onto your forehead. When I quickly wiped it off, my forehead felt a bit tingly and turned slightly red.
Tip
Less of a pro tip and more of a general suggestion: make sure to apply it evenly across your entire scalp.

My scalp tends to feel warm, but this serum provides a pleasant cooling sensation I have fine hair that sheds a lot, but I noticed less hair fall when washing. Pros
My scalp is sensitive, so using the wrong shampoo immediately leads to blemishes + dandruff. And by afternoon, my hair gets oily - typical greasy hair! The positives were the clean packaging. I'm satisfied that it doesn't produce much waste. Secondly, the cooling effect. It definitely has a cooling effect that lowers scalp temperature. -> Lowering scalp temperature can improve hair loss issues.
Cons
There are too many disappointing aspects about this product... 1. Lack of precise usage instructions. It says to apply an appropriate amount to the scalp, but how much exactly is appropriate...? Also, it's unclear whether to use on a dry or wet scalp. 2. Limited effectiveness. After using it several times, I couldn't find any particular benefits. 3. Oil production. When used on a dry scalp, it looked greasy, which I didn't like. When used on a wet scalp, it felt like it all evaporated while drying my hair. It had an alcohol-like scent, so maybe it did evaporate... Even after multiple uses, I couldn't feel much difference. I've attached photos of use on both wet and dry hair!

Pros
If you're looking for a cooling effect and want to prevent hair loss, I highly recommend this product. I believe scalp care is extremely important, so I've always used scalp tonics or serums. This product seems to really focus on functionality. I used to lose a lot of hair when brushing or washing, but after about a week of using this, I noticed less hair fall. The fact that this brand specializes in scalp-related products makes me trust it more. Initially, I expected an immediate cooling effect, but it's not instantaneous. However, if you apply it and then use cool air, your scalp feels incredibly refreshed. Though, I think this cooling sensation can be achieved with any cooling tonic.
Cons
The dropper bottle design is a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if it was a product that could be easily used with one hand. Since I have thick hair, it's difficult to use the dropper with one hand when applying it section by section.

I was delighted to discover this product. Although it's marketed for alleviating hair loss symptoms, I appreciated that it also nourishes the scalp with various beneficial ingredients. - Helps with dryness I've only used hair products on my hair before, so it was great to try a product applied directly to the scalp. You can apply it immediately to visibly dry areas of the scalp, allowing you to care for it as you would with facial skincare. It helps calm visible flaking when applied. - Absorbs well I was initially worried it might be greasy or leave residue since it's a scalp product, but it's not oily at all. It absorbs cleanly and finishes nicely, making it pleasant to use without hesitation! - User-friendly packaging Many hair products tend to be sticky or oily, which I don't like getting on my hands. However, this product is convenient as it's applied to the scalp rather than the hair, and can be dispensed with a dropper without getting on your hands.
Cons
- Fragrance The scalp is more sensitive and absorbs products faster than regular skin, so while it's better than having harmful fragrances, I think it would have been even better if it were fragrance-free. The alcohol scent isn't particularly pleasant every time I use it! - Insufficient volume for the price I noticed the product costs 39,900 won. As a Hwahae Tester, I received the product for free, but while using it, I wondered if it's worth investing in, given the 30ml volume at this price point. - Hair loss improvement functionality I have an M-shaped hairline, so I had some expectations when I heard this was a functional product for alleviating hair loss symptoms. However, I didn't notice any significant improvements within the two-week period. The product's effectiveness was slightly disappointing... So I used it more with the mindset of general scalp care rather than for hair loss prevention. If I notice any changes worth updating after finishing the entire bottle, I'll revise my review!
Tip
- To apply the product effectively to your scalp using the dropper, use a rat-tail comb to part your hair and follow those lines for more thorough application. - The product absorbs better when applied to a clean scalp, so use it after washing your hair when your scalp is clean!

I was personally very satisfied! The texture feels appropriately light, and I got the sense that it provides hydration to the scalp. I think it could be effective for hair loss if used consistently!

It's a bit inconvenient that the dropper in the cap doesn't draw up enough product, so you need to pump it several times when using. However, in terms of the product quality itself, there's nothing to be disappointed about.

Pros
Recently, my scalp became very sensitive, causing blemishes and even seborrheic dermatitis on the right side. When I first opened the product, I was worried the strong, tingling scent might be irritating. However, when I applied it to my scalp, it felt refreshing and less harsh than expected. (I avoided using it on the dermatitis-affected areas!) After washing my hair every evening, I applied it to my scalp and massaged it in. After a week of use, I noticed a significant reduction in scalp heat during the day. As a result, my scalp blemishes have calmed down considerably. It also absorbs well into the skin.
Cons
I tried using it after washing my hair in the morning... I'm not sure if it's just a feeling, but it seemed like my hair became oily faster than usual.
Tip
Using it after washing your hair in the evening and giving your scalp a massage makes it feel more comfortable.

As a Cosmaxs product, it's one I can trust. After using it for about a week, I feel like I'm losing less hair than before, rather than feeling new growth. It comes with a dropper instead of a spray, which means almost no product is wasted as it flows directly onto the scalp rather than the hair. It immediately trickles down to the scalp, and when you massage it in, you can feel the temperature drop as the alcohol evaporates. This seems especially useful for cooling and soothing the scalp when it's overheated during outdoor activities, rather than indoors. The formula is water-like with no stickiness or residue at all. It seems more suitable for oily scalps than dry ones. I plan to keep using it consistently and recommend it to those around me struggling with hair loss.

A few years ago, I experienced stress about hair loss for the first time due to seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. The condition improved significantly when I started using solid shampoo, and I've been consistently taking care of my scalp ever since. I've tried several products similar to the Miracle Serum, and I felt most of them were effective. With the Miracle Serum, I could visibly see new hair growth within just a week. While some products can potentially cause blemishes on the scalp due to their formulation, the Miracle Serum didn't cause any painful irritation at all. In fact, it felt the most comfortable on my scalp among all the products I've used. I plan to continue using it and will likely recommend it to others.
Cons
When applying to the scalp, you need to use small amounts at a time to prevent it from dripping onto your face or behind your ears before you can massage it in with your fingers.
Tip
After application, using a brush comb helps with absorption and prevents the hair from feeling sticky or clumped together.
