I've found that pairing this with the water drop-shaped puff from Daiso works really well (the puff shown in the photo).

For those with shade 23 skin, it can appear too white, so you need to apply it thinly and blend well.

This moisturizing sunscreen feels incredibly hydrating on the skin.

It has a slightly whitening effect, which can be a bit too light for my shade 23 complexion if applied all over. Applying too much can result in a geisha-like appearance.

So, before heading out, I thoroughly apply a different tube-type sunscreen, followed by foundation or cushion. Around lunchtime, I lightly reapply this sun cushion, focusing on the T-zone and especially the cheeks. It's great for both UV protection and a subtle brightening effect.

• Reapplication every 2 hours is key for sun protection, and this goes on smoothly over makeup without pilling. That's a huge plus.
• Beyond just UV protection, regular use actually brightens your complexion! I gave some to my mother, and she's thrilled with how it's lightened her skin tone. Makes me feel proud.
• The white cast is different from typical sunscreens. While there is some, it adheres evenly, creating a pretty brightening effect rather than looking unpleasant. It's similar to applying the Ameli Baek Seol cushion. The slight white cast also helps you see where you might have missed spots. I used to have darker patches around my hairline and temples from inconsistent application, but those have noticeably faded.
