It's gentle and great for sensitive skin. The ingredients list is also impressive. The cleansing effectiveness is somewhat weak. It's not suitable for removing blackheads or excess sebum. - ji*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 11, 2025
It's gentle yet effective at cleansing, without leaving my skin feeling tight. Perfect for daily use! I have no complaints about this product. I've been using it consistently and I'm completely satisfied. - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessJan 3, 2025
I used this as my first cleanser on days when I only wore sunscreen or light makeup. It had a lightweight and gentle feel, and it effectively removed makeup. I appreciated that it was mild and didn't cause any blemishes. My skin felt comfortable and clean after use, without any tightness or residue. Among the Dmarf products I've reviewed, this one was relatively the most decent. - ch**************Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 29, 2024
True to Dr.Jart+'s reputation, it's wonderfully moisturizing and gentle. I use it on days when I'm wearing light makeup. The only downside to Dr.Jart+ products is that they tend to be a bit pricey. Other than that, they're all great. - so*****Dehydrated SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2024
It's gentle and hydrating, perfect for daily use when you're not wearing heavy makeup. It would be great if they offered refills. The recommended amount in the video seems quite generous, so it's not the most cost-effective option. - ds*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresOct 10, 2024
The product seems to be effective. It removes makeup well and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after cleansing. I've been studying a lot by watching videos of influencers' skin and buying everything they use. As I entered my 30s, I started experiencing blemishes, which led me to change my routine. To cut to the chase, this doesn't work for me. On days when my skin is even slightly sensitive, I feel a burning and tingling sensation as soon as I start rolling, making it impossible to do it for even 30 seconds, let alone the recommended 1 minute. Despite consistent use, I've noticed acne appearing on my cheeks where I never had it before. If you have acne-prone, super sensitive skin, especially with inflammatory acne, focus on treating your acne first before trying this. - on********Oily SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2024
The product itself is good. It just doesn't suit me... I've tried it several times, but I'm leaving this review to remember not to attempt using it again. Milk cleansers don't work for me. The product itself is fine, but it causes blemishes on my skin and makes my vision blurry... I won't be repurchasing. That's for sure! - re******Dry SkinRecommendedSep 25, 2024
I feel like my skin improves every time I use this product It's fair to say that cleansing milk generally has weaker cleansing effectiveness - se********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2024
I love that the cleansing effectiveness is just right. It doesn't leave my skin feeling too squeaky clean or greasy. If you work it in well during the emulsification process, it's perfect for a first cleanse. I usually order it during group buys when it's even cheaper. In a pinch, I'll use a popular unscented cleansing emulsion from the store, but it feels a bit heavier than Dermafirm. It's not that I dislike it, but there's a subtle difference that keeps me coming back to Dermafirm. The unscented formula is both a pro and a con. For reference, I have oily skin and always apply at least sunscreen during the day, so I do a second cleanse too. The downside is - since it contains no preservatives or fragrances, it seems to develop a rancid oil smell quite quickly... I have a sensitive nose. Recently, I opened a new one and used it, then left it in the fridge while I traveled for 2 months. Even so, it still had a smell when I returned, despite having over a year left before expiration. I still used it up though, because the product itself works well. Make sure to use plenty of product and don't forget the crucial emulsification step before rinsing! - oh*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2024
I only use sunscreen daily and BB cream occasionally, so one bottle of micellar water is all I need to finish cleansing. I usually worry about dry skin and texture, but when I cleanse with micellar water, there's noticeably less tightness and it feels gentler. For maintaining the skin barrier, Dermafirm micellar water is the best! There's nothing disappointing about the product itself. If I had to nitpick, it's about the packaging. They provide a pump and a cap so you can flip it over to use until the end, and then scrape out the last bits. But I thought if the neck part just before the cap was slightly angled, we could use it up even more completely. Since the product is so good, I want to use every last drop! Apply a generous amount all over your face using rolling motions, and be careful around the eyes as it might sting - save that area for last. The most important thing is to make sure you emulsify thoroughly!
