I've tried many cleansing balms, but this is the only one that leaves absolutely no residue. It's so effective that on days when I wear light makeup, I can skip my second cleanse and use this alone. While I appreciated how lightweight it felt and how it left no residue, it didn't leave my skin feeling moisturized after cleansing. The scent is pleasant, and after cleansing, it feels like the excess oil has been thoroughly removed from my skin. Usually, when I apply toner and emulsion after washing my face, it feels a bit greasy. However, after using this product and applying my skincare, my skin feels slightly taut. There's no oily residue at all! The cleansing effectiveness is somewhat disappointing. While it removes lipstick well, it struggles with eyeliner and mascara, even after rubbing for a long time.

I was intrigued and pleased by its unique sorbet-like texture. The fragrance is also lovely. It's not a 'wow' product for the price, just average. I've settled on this product for my cleansing routine. While I loved the previous version for its gentle ingredients, I'm equally satisfied with this one. It cleanses effectively and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. Although the packaging seems necessary for the product's formulation, it's still a bit inconvenient to use.
