This vitamin is great when you're feeling tired or need a boost of energy. I usually take a multivitamin, but on days when I'm feeling particularly exhausted, I pop one of these in the afternoon. It gives me a sense of renewed vitality coursing through my body, which I love. The orange flavor is refreshing, and since it's an effervescent vitamin, it has a fizzy quality. It's especially enjoyable when dissolved in cool water, giving you a refreshing sensation. Personally, I prefer taking this supplement more in summer than in winter. There wasn't really anything I disliked about it. I think it might be more effective when taken occasionally rather than daily. It seems particularly beneficial to drink this dissolved in cool water when you're feeling drained from the summer heat.

I got curious after seeing PP Ello appear in dramas a lot recently, so I decided to try it. It's refreshingly good! Maybe it's because of the advertising, but it seems a bit pricier than other effervescent vitamin drinks.

Many multivitamins often have imbalanced nutrient ratios, but this one's great because it contains more than the daily recommended amount overall. Plus, while it's easy to forget taking vitamin pills, I find myself more likely to take this regularly since I can drink it like a beverage whenever I'm in the mood for something to sip on. I received this as a gift and have been using it, but the price is quite steep. Also, if you mix it in a matte-finish cup, it leaves stains that look like discoloration. Washing up can be a bit of a hassle. The aftertaste isn't bitter, but it has a strong medicinal flavor that's quite noticeable. It can be a bit challenging to drink at that point, but I force myself to finish it.

I received this as a gift and tried it. It tastes great and when mixed with water, it's like drinking a refreshing beverage. It's perfect for a light and enjoyable drink. There are many affordable effervescent options available in the market, so the price of this one is a bit disappointing. It tastes like a fizzy orange juice, and I love that I can easily get my vitamin fix with it. There wasn't really anything to complain about. When I don't feel like drinking plain water, I can mix one of these in. It's delicious and helps me increase my daily water intake, which is great! I love that I can get my daily vitamin boost with just one tablet. When you drink it, the initial taste is like a burst of freshness lingering in your mouth. Since it's an effervescent vitamin, it's fun to take too! You just pop one into water and watch it fizz away. The taste isn't particularly pleasant. It almost makes me wish I could just quickly swallow a regular tasteless vitamin pill instead. Also, it seems a bit on the pricey side. It would be perfect if you could snag it during a sale.
