First off, these are small and easy to swallow, with no noticeable smell, making them perfect for daily consumption. Plus, they're individually wrapped, so you can take them neatly and conveniently! I'm taking these for their antioxidant benefits and blood pressure support. The individual packaging and small pill size are really convenient. The downside is that they're a bit pricey. I took CoQ10 because I heard it's great for antioxidants, and I had no major difficulties or discomfort taking it! While I didn't notice any significant effects, I believe it will certainly be beneficial in the long run.

I've been taking glutathione and CoQ10 since my early 20s, as it's highly recommended to start then. I can definitely feel the difference - it's like my skin has a new vitality and radiance. The price point is quite steep, unfortunately. I bought this for its antioxidant benefits, and I must say, it seems to have reduced facial puffiness. It makes me wonder if it's improving my blood circulation. Coenzyme Q10 is an essential supplement, so I've been trying various options, both expensive and more affordable, to find the right one. I appreciated that this product contains CoQ10 along with other beneficial nutrients. The price is a concern. It's quite expensive, but I don't feel an immediate, dramatic improvement in skin elasticity to justify the cost. CoQ10 supplements are generally pricey, so I'm satisfied with the product itself, but the high price point is still hard to swallow.
