True to its name, it applies smoothly and creamily, and produces a rich lather, making its cleansing effectiveness absolutely fantastic! There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It doesn't cause any blemishes at all, which is great! Using this cleanser after exfoliating dead skin cells results in an even more thorough cleanse! - mn*****Dry SkinRecommendedNov 6, 2024
Have a wonderful day! Thank you for creating such an excellent product. I have no regrets at all. It's great, and I highly recommend it! - dn*****Dry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 18, 2024
As someone with sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis, I find this product works well for me! It's also effective for blemishes. It doesn't feel like it has strong cleansing effectiveness. Perhaps that's why it seems less irritating to the skin. - re********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 27, 2024
This product isn't acidic, but rather slightly alkaline or alkaline, which helps balance the pH of skin that's naturally acidic or for those who frequently use low pH cleansers. It also contains a small amount of BHA, which seems to have a subtle effect on dead skin cell removal. After using only low pH cleansers, my skin improved significantly with this product. Looking at the ingredient list, it's not particularly impressive. However, I use it for its benefits and the actual effects it has on my skin. I use this product in the evening and a low pH cleanser in the morning. When I tried using only this product or only low pH cleansers, I could definitely feel a difference in my skin's condition. If you're struggling with your skin despite using gentle, low pH cleansers that are supposed to be good for sensitive skin, consider trying a mildly alkaline cleanser with a small amount of BHA. Don't go for anything too strong though. It's recommended to start with milder BHA products. Also, try using a cheap foam maker with a bit of water to create lots of lather when cleansing. It feels gentle and cleanses thoroughly. Remember, skincare is highly individual, so understand your skin type and condition before making decisions. Don't experiment with just anything on your skin! On days when I wear sunscreen or makeup, I always do a first cleanse with an oil or balm, followed by this as a second cleanser. Hope this helps! - le**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 22, 2023
It rinses off so cleanly! I loved how my skin felt fresh and soft after cleansing. Well... They claim it has brightening effects, but I'm not so sure. If by 'brightening' they mean removing dead skin cells to reveal a brighter complexion, then maybe. But I didn't notice any significant brightening effects... I use this only in the morning. Naturally, I need a more powerful cleanser for the evening routine. - wj********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2023
I have combination dehydrated skin, but it's not particularly sensitive. I've been using this product for chemical exfoliation, and I'm comfortably on my third bottle. The gentle foam is great, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed, and there's a decent amount of hydration even after rinsing. Nothing specific... It might not suit those with extremely oily skin though. The cap is a bit too stiff and difficult to open and close, which is a downside. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2023
Since Acnes is known to be good for sensitive skin prone to blemishes, it didn't cause much irritation, allowing me to use it comfortably. It claims to help with hydration and dead skin cells, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness. During cleansing, it produces a thin lather, which I personally don't prefer. For me, it was just okay. Use only a tiny bit of water. If you use too much, the lather becomes thin and doesn't form well. You need to rub it a bit vigorously for the product to fully transform into foam. Otherwise, it tends to clump together and remain on your hands without foaming up.
