I know probiotics need to be refrigerated to stay alive, but because of that, I often forget to take them.

- Unlike other probiotics that didn't significantly affect my bowel movements, this product actually made a difference.

Though it's pricey, I believe this product truly works for improving bowel movements. When I take it, I can hear my stomach gurgling. Honestly, I'm not sure if it actually helps with weight loss since I'm not following a specific diet. However, it definitely has a positive effect on bowel movements, so I think it must be doing something beneficial.
