- The BNR17 probiotic strain is said to inhibit carbohydrate absorption, preventing its conversion to fat. - Since it became a pro version, it's convenient as you only need to take one capsule. - Unlike other probiotics that didn't significantly affect my bowel movements, this product actually made a difference. Though it's pricey, I believe this product truly works for improving bowel movements. When I take it, I can hear my stomach gurgling. Honestly, I'm not sure if it actually helps with weight loss since I'm not following a specific diet. However, it definitely has a positive effect on bowel movements, so I think it must be doing something beneficial. I know probiotics need to be refrigerated to stay alive, but because of that, I often forget to take them.

I was tempted to buy this after seeing a famous celebrity's advertisement. It does provide a sense of psychological comfort when taking it. I took the plunge and bought this from a home shopping channel. I've been taking it regularly, and I'm hopeful about its reported weight loss benefits. The price is absolutely wicked. The effects are so minimal, it's hard to pinpoint any real benefits. It just gives you a sense of doing something for your skin and eases your conscience a bit. You'd probably get better value for your money by drinking prune juice instead.

I noticed some weight loss, probably because I've been going to the bathroom more frequently! I haven't experienced any real downsides yet, except for the minor inconvenience of having to store it in the refrigerator.
