It was a bit uncomfortable to take on an empty stomach. Taking it after meals helped, but at first, that was a bit of a nuisance. Also, the pill size was quite large, making it difficult to swallow in one go. I found it somewhat inconvenient that I had to take it consistently with water to maintain the routine.

To be honest, even when you take vitamins, you don't see visible effects, but since Chong Kun Dang is a well-known brand, I thought, 'It might not be visible, but it must be good for me!' and 'It must be effective!'
