I usually only use liquid eyeliners, but I tried this gel pencil and it's so easy to apply! It has great staying power and I can't find any faults with it. I absolutely love the color too! 
is******Dry SkinRecommendedApr 28, 2023While searching for a budget-friendly eyeliner, I discovered the Twinkle Pop Eyeliner. After purchasing and trying it out, I'm extremely satisfied. The pencil lead seems to be about 2.5cm long. I got the dark brown color, which I think would suit most people nicely. The best part? It truly doesn't smudge. It sets at a reasonable speed and seriously stays put. Although it glides on smoothly, it's a bit challenging to create slim or sharp lines with this eyeliner on its own.
