While searching for an affordable eyeliner, I discovered the Twinkle Pop Eyeliner and was extremely satisfied after using it. The nib seems to be around 2.5cm long. The dark brown color is something that most people can use comfortably :) It really doesn't smudge. It dries at a suitable pace and truly doesn't bleed.

While it glides on smoothly, it can be a bit challenging to draw slim lines or create sharp edges with this eyeliner.
