When applied, it doesn't feel greasy or shiny, and I love that it's not sticky! There's no white cast, and the stick format makes it so easy to swipe on. I think it'll be perfect for reapplying throughout summer - I'll probably carry it around and use it non-stop! The scent is subtle and not overpowering. Since it's waterproof, it won't wash off easily, making it great for water activities. Overall, I think I'll be reaching for this a lot during the summer months! Absolutely love it! First off, the scent is amazing. What is this fragrance? It's honestly my favorite scent ever, making me want to use it daily just for that alone. The quantity is insane - you get so much product! It also has a slight primer effect, giving a nice finish. It's a million times better than just applying regular sunscreen. Like most sun sticks, it's challenging to apply evenly. You definitely need to pat it in with your fingers at the end. Advantages: 1) Texture: Unlike first-generation sunsticks, it's not sticky at all. Right after application, there's a slight powdery feel on the skin, but this becomes more natural over time. Plus, it glides on smoothly. 2) Convenience: The wide surface area of the stick makes it easy to apply on arms and legs. 3) I sweat a lot and my wrists often come into contact with water, so I appreciate that it doesn't wash off easily with water or sweat. Disadvantages: 1) Due to the wide surface area of the stick, it can be challenging to apply precisely on the face for detailed coverage. 2) Towards the end of use, when the container part starts showing, there's still quite a bit of product left, but it becomes difficult to apply. It's frustrating that while the entire weight is counted as product, it's practically impossible to use it all up. I've experienced this issue with all the sunsticks I've tried. It's always been a shame to throw away the product with content still inside. I've tried scooping it out with my fingers or tools, but it's always been inconvenient. This is the most powdery-smooth sunstick I've ever used. It feels a bit sticky at first, but it absorbs well into the skin quickly. It's a decent sunscreen stick. The large size is a plus. Easy to apply and feels hydrating. The scent is mild and inoffensive. No stinging sensation around the eyes. When I tested it on my hand in the store, it seemed to have a matte finish. But when I used it on my face at home, it wasn't the case. Maybe the tester was dried out? It has a rich texture with good hydration, absorbs well, and doesn't cause pilling when I apply makeup. The large container and smooth application make it easy to use, and I even give myself a little facial massage while applying it. For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit greasy. In this scorching summer, if you only apply this and go out, your skin can get quite oily. I can't really notice the pore-covering effect mentioned in the product description. It adheres comfortably to the skin without pilling when applied before makeup. The large container makes it convenient to apply on arms and body as well.
