It applies smoothly and seems gentle on the skin. Being washable, it's also easy to remove. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. I used to use mineral sunscreens, but they required double cleansing every day, so I looked for a washable sunscreen. This one's great! It's made for babies, so while it has a high SPF, it's washable and can be removed with just foam cleanser. I've been using it for about two weeks, and I haven't noticed any blemishes popping up. It seems to be working well for me. Since it's a mineral sunscreen, there is some white cast, but compared to other mineral sunscreens, the color fades pretty quickly. It has a peach scent, and it's not subtle - it's almost perfume-level strong. Personally, I like peach scents, so I don't mind it. Some people dislike it because it's artificial, but it's very similar to the peach room spray from W Dressroom. It's just sweet enough to make you want to eat it, you know? After applying it, I found the slightly slippery feeling a bit disappointing. Other mineral sunscreens tend to feel a bit dry and well-absorbed when applied, but this one feels a bit slick even when spread out well. Lately, my skin barrier has been compromised, so I've been using thick creams even during the day. If I apply a moderate amount of cream and then this sunscreen, it can feel a bit too moisturizing on top of my already slightly slick skin. It washes off really well with water, which is great. I can apply it on my kids without any worries. The scent is quite disappointing. It's strong and artificial, which is a shame. It's so gentle that it causes almost no irritation to the skin. Also, its light consistency makes it easy to apply generously. Right after application, your skin looks really white, but this fades after a few minutes. It's great that it's washable, so I don't need to use separate cleansing wipes. It applies well and is convenient to use. As a mom of three boys aged 3, 6, and 9, I don't always have time for a thorough cleansing routine. That's why I keep coming back to this product that can be used with just water. I'm on my Nth bottle now! It turns white when applied, so you need to make sure it absorbs well. The whitening effect when you put it on might be a plus though! Make sure to pat it in gently to help it absorb properly.

Since waterproof sunscreens usually require special cleansers, I opted for a washable product. I'm satisfied with this one as it's easy to apply and can be easily wiped off with water. There's a noticeable white cast. When applying it to the baby's face, arms, or legs, you need to spread it out well. Especially on the face, if not applied carefully, it can leave white streaks, so make sure to blend it thoroughly. It has a distinct scent, so if you prefer fragrance-free products for your baby, you might want to consider this before purchasing. I find it best to use a different product for the face and this Green Finger product for the body. Particularly around the eyes, even if just a tiny bit of sunscreen touches that area, my baby complains about a stinging sensation and seems quite uncomfortable. It's worth keeping this in mind when choosing a sunscreen.

At some point, my skin started signaling that sunscreens were too harsh. Mineral sunscreens seemed to cause hives, possibly because they weren't washing off well. Double cleansing left my skin extremely dry. So, thinking baby products might be gentler, I stumbled upon this one that claimed to be water-washable - what a breakthrough! I quickly made a purchase. The fragrance is like plum candy. It absorbs well too. However, it's not meant as a makeup base, so there's some pilling. Still, with minimal white cast, I'm really enjoying using it. I wish the scent was either more deliciously intense or more baby-like. Right now, it's like candy with a hint of cough syrup. It's great for daily use - you can apply it generously. If you're putting on makeup afterwards, try applying small amounts in multiple layers.
