If you have a cool skin tone, especially a cool-toned complexion, you should definitely try this. The color is incredibly beautiful, and it makes your lips look absolutely gorgeous when applied. This color is perfect for cool-toned summer skin! It's not too purple or too pink, just beautifully wearable. I use it as a pop of color, but my friend also wears it as a natural lip look. I've been using this Personal Color Cool Clear daily lip product, and it's just so beautiful. It's truly a life-changing lip product, so I've repurchased it three times already.

It disappears when I eat, and it disappears when I talk, but that's actually a good thing since it doesn't leave any staining. I used to find it annoying to have to wipe off the color after every meal, but with this, I can just swipe it on and be done.

Personally, when I applied it, it felt like a mix of plum and muted pink, but it's not an overbearing color. The color is pleasing to me, and it gets a little deeper as you apply more, but the color when applied in one smooth layer is my favorite. It also has a nice, velvety feel to it. My lips are a bit dry normally, but it feels similar to when I wear a lip gloss.

When you open the stick, it has a rather sweet, sugary scent, which I'm not personally a fan of. And when you drink water or beverages after applying it, it tends to leave quite a noticeable mark.
