I love how it gives my lips a glossy finish and doesn't smudge beyond my lip line when I'm talking or eating! The color payoff is also great - what you see is what you get. Highly recommended for those with cool winter undertones! The color is truly beautiful, and it applies smoothly with excellent pigmentation. Given that it's a glow lip product, the limited staying power is somewhat unavoidable. The plum color isn't too dark, making it perfect for everyday wear! It applies naturally without being overwhelming, so even I, with a winter deep tone (shade 25), can use it comfortably. It goes on smoothly like lip balm, so I recommend it to those looking for a moisturizing tint! It applies smoothly without flaking or clumping on lip dead skin cells, and while it's pretty on its own, it also mixes well with other lip products. However... it does transfer to your teeth when you smile. Wiping the inner part of your lips is a must-do courtesy. The staying power isn't particularly high either, so you need to reapply to maintain that pretty look. While I like that the color itself is subtle, it can feel a bit lacking when you want to make a bold statement. And seriously... why does the inside of the cap get so messy? There's quite a bit of transfer, and it tends to rub off on masks, so I'm a bit hesitant to use it for work or long outings beyond daily use. I mainly use it on its own for daily wear, but when I feel it's not quite enough, I mix it with a darker tint! The color isn't too flashy, so it works well as a base too. If you're looking for a moisturizing texture and subtle plum color, I recommend it, but don't expect too much in terms of transfer resistance or longevity! As for the packaging... well... I just close my eyes and use it. It might be okay for those who care more about application than design?

Its melting, rich texture makes it ideal for winter use, and it applies evenly for a beautiful color payoff. The twist-up design allows you to retract the product, which is super convenient! The staying power isn't great - it tends to disappear after eating, so you'll need to reapply frequently. It doesn't leave much of a stain either. While it's moisturizing, that also means it can stick to your hair easily and leave marks on cups when drinking. Due to its rich consistency, it can slightly melt if kept in your pocket. This product is more suitable for winter than summer use. Comparing it to the similar shade 08 Muted Plum: 08 Muted Plum is a natural pink, perfect for an MLBB (My Lips But Better) look. 09 Plum Blue has a higher pink saturation than Muted Pink. So, if you prefer a natural look, go for Muted Plum. The color is beautiful and the glow is truly incredible. I usually don't use one lip product for long because I have so many, but I've been wearing this one a lot. For some reason, I get an allergic reaction on my lips... Unfortunately, I can't use it anymore because of this.

Among gel stick lip products, it's rare to find one with a good base color. This one stands out because its base color comes through well enough that you can wear it on its own. It's moisturizing, has a nice texture, and perfect for winter use. My lips tend to be dry, but with this, I don't even need lip balm. Also, among the twist-up lipsticks these days, many don't retract once you've twisted them up. This one does, so it's easy to control how much product you use. If I had to point out a drawback, it's that because it's so moisturizing, it comes off easily and can transfer.
