As it's an essence cushion, it feels wonderfully hydrating even on my dry skin. I didn't really need to touch up my makeup throughout the day. I've been using this product consistently for over 5 years now! As someone with extremely dry skin, makeup usually doesn't sit well on me. By afternoon, my skin would typically become dry or flaky... But with AGE 20's, it's a moisturizing compact that adheres well to the skin, and even after some time, my skin doesn't crack. That's why it's become a staple on my vanity! To sum it up: Adherence - It sticks to the skin perfectly! Coverage and complexion - I have a slightly darker skin tone and have used both #21 and #23. With #23, perhaps because my skin is a bit darker, I felt it provided good coverage. #21 gave a brighter, more radiant look, but some blemishes were slightly visible. The biggest advantage of this compact is definitely its hydration! I'm still very satisfied with the AGE 20's compact and have tried all the seasonal versions, so I highly recommend it! Since it's a moisturizing cream-type compact, it does have a rich feel, and after using it for a while, I noticed it collected a bit of dust, which was slightly disappointing! It's great for concealing pores, which I have quite a lot of. I think it has good coverage (though of course, blemishes that need concealer won't be hidden). I felt like it made my skin look shiny, but I thought it was just my skin. After reading reviews on Hwahae, I realized it really is quite rich in oils.

The cushion is so soft, it applies smoothly and creates a flawless skin finish. It's become my go-to base makeup product that I reach for frequently. When applying, it definitely feels moisturizing and seems to provide good coverage I have dry skin, and after some time, it starts to show a bit of cracking. It also appears slightly darker compared to other brands - ch*****Normal SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2023

It was pretty decent overall. After trying various products, I find myself coming back to this one without hesitation. It's well-known and generally liked by everyone. For dry skin, it tends to sit on top rather than absorb fully. It absorbs well and applies smoothly, which I love. It's great that it doesn't leave any dead skin cells behind. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous too! As an essence-based foundation, it's wonderfully hydrating. I love how it applies lightly without feeling thick. It offers decent coverage, making it perfect for everyday use. It's ideal for achieving that effortless, natural look. The longevity is a bit disappointing. It tends to be on the oily side, requiring frequent touch-ups, which can be a hassle. It might be better suited for winter, early spring, or late autumn rather than summer. It would work well when used with a primer or oil-control powder.
