Inflammatory acne has flared up.
After the skin barrier was restored, I bought a toner and lotion set to control sebum and prevent acne. But within a day, my skin completely turned upside down.
When applied to the body, there were no particular issues, and it seemed to have some effect in improving back acne. So while it is somewhat effective for acne, I strongly do not recommend it for those who experience breakouts due to a compromised skin barrier.
The skin barrier has completely collapsed.

I recall it having a pleasant aroma. It was quite refreshing and absorbed quickly.

Combination skin also needs to be used with a serum or cream, especially when it's as dry as winter.

This is the Hwahae Trial Reviewers' go-to lotion that I've been using for years. Although I have combination skin, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized yet refreshed when I apply it.

The product has a lightweight moisturizing feel, so those with very dry skin may need to use another product along with it.

This product seems to be just the right lightweight moisturizer. I often have really dry skin, but using this product was great for locking in moisture. It's wonderful to apply lightly.

When about half the product was used up, the lotion started coming out poorly. Towards the end, it became especially difficult to use.

It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I've purchased it a second time and have been using it.

When applied alone, it caused some dryness and tightness in the skin.

The formula applies smoothly and is not heavy, making it comfortable to apply.

However, even for an oily-skinned person like me, it feels a bit drying. I have to use a toner after applying this, otherwise my skin feels dry.

The lightweight and refreshing formula doesn't feel sticky or tacky, so it's quite nice to apply.

A pro tip, regardless of whether it's toner, emulsion, or cream, is to make sure the product opening doesn't touch your hands.

The downside is that the toner gets used up quickly since I spray it on a 5-ply cotton pad.

This annoying acne has been driving me crazy, so I've tried all sorts of products. After much deliberation offline, I finally purchased this product.
My stubborn acne that wouldn't calm down even with professional care has started to improve.
In the evenings, I apply the ointment I bought from the pharmacy on the acne areas, and apply the toner, essence, and emulsion on the rest of my face.
In the mornings, I skip the ointment and use the 3-step set, cream, and sunscreen (from the Care Zone line).
(I spray the toner on a 5-ply cotton pad, wipe my palms first, peel off 2 layers, then wipe my face. I gently pat to absorb the essence and emulsion/cream the same way.)
It's improved a lot! I also use the same line's foam cleanser in the mornings, and it's been amazing!
It worked really well for me, and I hope it works just as well for others to completely eradicate their acne!

However, using it alone or as a simple skincare toner pad > lotion has a bit too much tightness. You shouldn't expect it to help with scars or acne.

It's extremely intelligent, has no oiliness, and the finish is fluffy, so I really like it.

The moisturizing power is lacking, so it needs to be used together with another moisturizing cream.

I've been using it for a long time because of acne. It's great without any stickiness.

Since it doesn't help with the dryness, I'm using this lotion along with another one. Even when I used the toner and lotion from this same line, I still felt some tightness.

-While this product didn't make my breakouts worse, it didn't improve them either. It just feels like a regular lotion.
-The lotion bottle is a bit stiff, and the lotion comes out in small amounts, which is frustrating.
-There is some dryness. If I use just this on its own, my face feels tight.

I had purchased the toner and emulsion from the same line, and this is just an average lotion. I didn't experience any breakouts from this product.
The fragrance has a slight medicinal smell, but I didn't dislike it.
I would recommend this to someone looking for an unproblematic lotion that doesn't cause acne (it doesn't improve acne, but it doesn't cause it either).
