I love how small these are! Other omega-3 supplements were all so big and inconvenient to take, but these are easy to swallow. I haven't been taking them for more than a few months yet, so I haven't noticed any significant effects. The only positive thing was that the small pill size made it easy to swallow - I bought it because it's enteric-coated, but every time I take it, there's a fishy aftertaste (same result whether taken before meals, after meals, or on an empty stomach). - The content amount is low compared to the price I tried to avoid the fishy taste, but couldn't find a way around it. Among the enteric-coated omega supplements, Promega had the strongest fishy aftertaste. I'd only recommend this to those who prefer small pills.

When my legs feel like the blood isn't flowing well, taking this diligently for 2-3 days definitely makes a difference. The only downside might be that the capsules are a bit large. I appreciate that each capsule is individually wrapped for hygiene. The small size makes them easy to swallow. Each 520mg capsule contains 300mg of DHA and EPA. Many people mistakenly think it's 600mg, but you need to take 2 capsules to get 600mg. So one box of 60 capsules is a month's supply at 2 per day. Taking just one capsule daily for 300mg isn't really a significant dose. Considering that, the price doesn't seem particularly cheap for the low concentration. They should clearly advertise that one capsule contains 300mg of DHA and EPA combined, so you get 300mg with one capsule and 600mg with two. Instead, their advertising seems misleading. Many people mistakenly think one capsule provides 600mg of DHA+EPA, which suggests the labeling is ambiguous. The product uses Jo In-sung as a model - wouldn't consumers prefer if they reduced modeling costs and instead increased the concentration while lowering the price? Even taking 2 capsules only gives you 600mg of DHA and EPA combined, which isn't a particularly high concentration. I've taken about two bottles so far, and I love how convenient it is to take just once a day! No need to take it multiple times, and the capsules are smaller compared to other omega-3 supplements, which is great. I might need to take it for longer to know for sure, but I don't think there's anything particularly disappointing about it!
