  Pros

  The product contains 1000mg, but the removal is 1010mg - I wonder if it's been reformulated? I take one capsule once a day, either in the morning or evening. I bought a 3-month supply for just over 20,000 won (actually paid around 18,000 with points). A friend recommended evening primrose oil, so I ordered it using my GS points. It definitely reduces blemishes... I didn't get any chin acne during my last period, which is amazing. It's surprising to see results in less than a month of use. Once I finish this, I'll try the higher concentration my friend suggested.

  Cons

  The capsules are quite large, so sometimes they're hard to swallow and leave a lingering sensation in the throat.
