I discovered this among various supplements while searching. It seems to make my stomach feel comfortable and my complexion looks better! There's nothing particularly bad! It's easy to swallow and great for consistent use.

These days, there are so many supplements out there that I've noticed quite a few people aren't familiar with evening primrose oil. The container is huge, so you definitely need to portion it out! This is my first time trying oil-based supplements (like Omega-3), and I found the capsules to be quite large. After taking it consistently, my severe mood swings have significantly improved. I started with two pills daily, but as I got better, I reduced it to one pill, which still works well for me. Apart from the improvement in mood swings, I haven't noticed any other effects on my PMS symptoms, so I'm not sure about its other benefits. I've only been taking these for a short while, but amazingly, my menstrual cramps have disappeared! I used to have ovulation pain too, but that's gone as well. I think it'll be great if I keep taking them consistently! It's a bit disappointing that the pills are exposed every time I open the container.
