  It's great that this supplement contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D all in one, making it convenient to take like a multivitamin. The fact that you take two tablets daily and it's a 12-month supply makes it economical and less burdensome on the wallet. I started taking it because I heard it was effective for menstrual cramps, and after consistently using it, I'm happy to see that it seems to be working. The expiration date was also generous. It's a great supplement for the whole family, regardless of age or gender, which makes it convenient for everyone to take together.
