Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, and zinc multi-functional health supplement. Two tablets a day, easy to swallow size. I've been taking these consistently due to occasional eye twitching. As someone who usually dislikes supplements because of bloating, these are actually fine. A comprehensive multi-functional vitamin. Uses plant-based algae calcium. 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium. Contains vitamin D3, shark cartilage calcium, and mixed vegetable powder. Hmm... If I had to nitpick, I prefer capsules over tablets, but that's just a minor thing. Highly recommended for menopausal women prone to weakening bones! Also great for modern individuals with insufficient nutrient intake. Did you know that typically only 25% of calcium is absorbed by the body, with the rest being excreted? I'm taking these because I have weak teeth. Since it's not something visible on the outside, I'm not sure about the effects yet, but I plan to keep taking them consistently. The pills are too big... Plus, having to take two a day makes it a bit challenging to swallow. If you have trouble with large pills, you might want to think twice about this!

I started taking it because I felt some eye twitching, and I noticed a slight improvement There were no issues with taste or smell when taking it, but it's a bit of a hassle having to take two at a time

First off, I trust the Chong Kun Dang brand. It's great that I can get both calcium and magnesium, plus zinc, all in one supplement! The pill size is just right, so it's not a struggle to swallow. There's not really anything to complain about. Like with most dietary supplements, you can't expect dramatic results just from taking them regularly. My family takes these. I'm not sure about any special effects though. I can't say I've noticed any particular benefits. I guess I'll just have to keep taking them consistently and see.
