The pads are thick with one side smooth and the other embossed. These toner pads aren't exceptionally moist. If you're looking for intense hydration, I wouldn't recommend them. While they may not provide intense hydration, they could be suitable for those who prefer a lighter touch or have combination dehydrated skin.
