Pros
This toner is moisturizing and helps control dehydration! When I first opened it, I was disappointed because the toner didn't seem like much. Pros
I used it about a week before bedtime, and before applying makeup in the morning. Using it before makeup really helped refine my skin texture, so my makeup applied better! The pads also felt cool, which was great for soothing my skin.
Cons
The biggest downside was the scent. It had a strong chemical smell that made me wonder if it would be okay to apply on my skin. However, the scent did become more tolerable over time.
