This soothing cream has a refreshing feel, making it perfect for summer use. It lacks hydration, so it's not sufficient for use during dry seasons. - cs*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessMay 21, 2025
There's nothing particularly noteworthy about this product. It doesn't excel at soothing the skin, so I definitely won't be repurchasing. It has absolutely no rich feeling, so it might be suitable for those with extremely oily skin. The product lacks any standout qualities. Its inability to effectively calm the skin is a major drawback. The complete absence of a rich texture might appeal to those dealing with very oily skin types, but it may not provide enough hydration for others. Consider your skin's needs carefully before trying this product. - ju*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMar 7, 2025
The formula is a unique purple gel type. It has a typical soothing gel feel, easy to apply lightly, and absorbs quickly into the skin. There's a slight residual feeling, but it disappears over time. It's especially great when you have skin heat while doing makeup. Foundation doesn't adhere well with heated skin, so I cool my skin with this soothing gel, apply another layer of moisturizer, and then do my makeup. The result is flawless skin makeup. Nothing beats this soothing gel for reducing facial heat. It's a bit dry to use alone in winter, so I followed up with an oil or another moisturizer. It would be perfect to use on its own in spring and summer. In fall and winter, I'd recommend using it with other hydrating products. This soothing cream is truly a year-round staple. The quantity is small for the price. Being a gel type, it can be drying. Except for summer, you need to use it with an oil or another moisturizer. If that's the case, it might be better to mix a cheaper gel cream with other functional products. - ch**************Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 5, 2025
I decided to buy this because the ingredients are really excellent! It feels so refreshing, I'll probably use it a lot during summer. The price is quite high compared to the amount you get. I'll only be able to purchase it when it's on sale. - sh********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 12, 2025
Phycore Differensea Soothing Cream & Melting Cream Blue Biome Repair Phycore is a brand that combines limitless imagination with over 30 years of accumulated dermatology to provide fundamental 'core' skin improvement solutions for all ages, genders, and various lifestyles. I've tried using their Differensea Soothing Cream & Melting Cream Blue Biome Repair together! Especially recommended for those who: - Want products that can be used separately or layered together during their skincare routine - Desire to care for damaged skin barriers using the mysterious marine energy 'Differensea™ Solution', composed of marine microbiome ferment extract, the exclusively developed Phi Calming Peptide Complex, and hijiki seaweed extract - Prefer products that have achieved the highest 5-STAR skin safety rating from German Dermatest They work better when used together rather than individually. When used alone, they seem slightly lacking in hydration. - se*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 3, 2025
This product offers hydration, soothing effects, barrier care, and even pore care. The formula contains plant-derived ingredients, giving it a transparent blue tint like an aloe gel. It's a lightweight soothing cream that absorbs quickly and leaves a fresh finish. I love that it doesn't pill like some typical soothing creams. It seems perfect as a cooling cream to reduce facial heat in summer. As someone with oily skin, I find it sufficient even in winter. The tube packaging makes it hygienic to use. It feels more like applying a light serum than a cream, which makes it easy to use consistently due to its excellent absorption. The scent, while I can't pinpoint exactly what it is, has an artificial quality that might be polarizing for some users. It may not provide enough hydration for use in winter. I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin during colder months - you might need to layer it with a richer cream for adequate moisture. - so********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 30, 2024
The calming effect was quite good! My face tends to get red easily, but this really helps soothe it. The amount is too small for the price. While the hydration is decent for a soothing cream, it's not enough for dry skin. - eu******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 25, 2024
A gentle, hydrating cream that creates a protective moisture barrier without irritation. - Non-irritating: As someone with sensitive skin, I often experience redness, stinging, and itching when trying new products, but this caused no irritation at all. - Texture between a cream and a soothing gel: It looks transparent like a gel, but when applied, it provides intense hydration like a cream. Highly recommended for those with dry skin who find soothing gels alone insufficient, or for those who dislike heavy, thick creams! - Almost fragrance-free: Unless you put your nose right up to it and inhale deeply, it's essentially unscented. - Long-lasting hydration: After applying a moderate amount before bed, I woke up with no deep dryness. The skin surface felt slightly tightened, as if a protective layer had formed. This sensation goes away after washing, which is perfectly fine by me! Hmm... there's really nothing bad to say. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it might lack additional benefits beyond hydration. And the price! It feels a bit expensive for the amount you get. - de*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 15, 2024
The refreshing finish and immediate hydration boost are noticeable. 1. Finish: It applies like a lightweight gel cream without any stickiness. 2. Hydration: It's not heavy, and after application, you can feel the moisture infusion as if you've just done a sheet mask. As it's a light hydrating gel cream, using it alone might not provide enough moisturization. It's best paired with a nourishing cream or the Difference Melting Cream to fill in any gaps in hydration. Unfortunately, the price point isn't exactly budget-friendly. For an extra boost of hydration and Inner Glow, try mixing it with a few drops of facial oil or layering another cream on top immediately after application. - ar*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedAug 13, 2024
The texture is soft and moisturizing, absorbing quickly without any stickiness. While it's not sticky, it provides excellent hydration that keeps your skin feeling moisturized even into the next day. Although the product performance, absorption, and effects are good, the price is a bit on the higher side. The volume isn't particularly large, so the high price point makes you hesitate each time you use it. Apply this product before your toner and allow it to absorb fully into your skin.
