After comparing various options, I accidentally bought the silver version, but I'm taking it without any complaints due to its excellent ingredients. In fact, I appreciate that it contains a bit more of the necessary minerals. Despite the marketing distinction, even younger people could benefit from this if their parents aren't using it. It offers great value for money with a well-balanced mix of nutrients. It's so comprehensive that you could just pack this one supplement for your travels and be all set. The tablet size is a bit large. There's a slight artificial strawberry-like scent, which I'm not particularly fond of. It's great that moms can easily get all the essential nutrients they need in just one convenient pill! The downside is the slightly higher price compared to other brands. Also, I wish these multivitamins came in individual packaging. I gifted this product to my mom in her 60s because she wasn't taking her supplements regularly. Since it contains all the essential vitamins in one pill, she doesn't need to worry about taking multiple supplements. I've noticed she's been much better at remembering to take it consistently. It's a bit awkward that this product only lasts for 50 days, while most others typically offer a 60-day supply. Also, I'm not sure if the product I bought was defective, but the lid was extremely difficult to open. I loved that the pills weren't too big! It was also convenient that as a multivitamin, I didn't have to worry about taking multiple supplements - just this one did the trick. When I only took this, I didn't really notice any effects. So despite the inconvenience, I switched to a routine of taking several different supplements.
