I started taking these supplements because of eye twitching, and I've been consistently using them. Before taking the supplements, I experienced frequent eye twitching, but since I started, the twitching has decreased. Now, except for days when I've had very poor sleep, I hardly notice any eye twitching symptoms.
ConsThere's a distinct odor when you smell them. You don't notice it before swallowing, but after you do, the smell lingers for a few seconds, which can be unpleasant at times. If you accidentally swallow them wrong, it's really awful. If they could just address the smell issue, these would be absolutely perfect.
