It's so convenient that you only need to take one tablet a day! Compared to other brands, it's relatively affordable. The content of secondary ingredients besides calcium is low, so I recommend taking those separately. They say taking calcium before bed can help with sleep. This was also one of the first supplements in the pill line, haha! It's fascinating how I remember all the supplements I've tried as I look back. I've been taking supplements for such a long time, but it feels oddly new to think about it now. The point that I need to be more consistent with taking supplements. I find myself taking better care of my vitamin intake as time goes on. The biggest advantage of this product seems to be that you can get calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D all in one go. It's really great! The size is just right, so I had no trouble swallowing them. I started taking these supplements because of eye twitching, and I've been consistently using them. Before taking the supplements, I experienced frequent eye twitching, but since I started, the twitching has decreased. Now, except for days when I've had very poor sleep, I hardly notice any eye twitching symptoms. There's a distinct odor when you smell them. You don't notice it before swallowing, but after you do, the smell lingers for a few seconds, which can be unpleasant at times. If you accidentally swallow them wrong, it's really awful. It's affordable and convenient to take. Just one pill a day makes it so easy. I love that there's no unpleasant smell when taking it. The pill is a bit on the larger side, but I'm so grateful it's just one a day! You can put them in a small container to carry around, making it easy to remember and take regularly.

However, the other ingredients are so good that I'm just adding it on my own
