Pros
Since my hair was damaged and I had to cut it a lot, I bought this product hoping for faster hair growth, and I've been taking it consistently. I'm not sure if my hair is falling out less yet, but I feel like my hair quality has improved!! I've also been going to the nail salon regularly and taking the recommended supplement.

I brought some portions from work to eat! I've been consistently taking it because they say biotin is great. It's smooth and not too big, so it's easy to swallow. As someone with extremely damaged hair, I'm satisfied that it's not making my hair any worse.
