  The capsule form makes it easy to take, and I appreciate that there's no unpleasant taste or smell. I received it as a gift and have almost finished the entire bottle.   The pills aren't too big and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, even though I had thin hair, it felt like my hair strands became a bit thicker.

  I started taking biotin because I heard it's good for hair loss. After taking it for over a month, I've noticed significantly less hair falling out. When I wash my hair or dry it, I see fewer strands in the drain or on my brush compared to before.

  Cons

  While many people mentioned the capsules were large, I didn't find them difficult to swallow with water.

  Tip

  I've read that taking doses over 5000mcg might cause blemishes or acne, so I'm sticking with the 5000mcg capsules. Also, I've heard it's beneficial to take it alongside Epicor, so I'm combining the two supplements.

  I bought this hoping it would help with my brittle nails and hair loss. While my nails aren't necessarily stronger, they do grow faster! And my hair is definitely shedding less. Before, I'd lose handfuls when drying my hair, but now it's much more manageable - what a relief! My nails were always thin and prone to tearing, and while I don't feel them getting thicker, they're growing so quickly that I don't have to look at torn nails for long. That's a win in my book! Plus, it's not unpleasant to take, so I'm quite satisfied overall.

  I was hoping for thicker nails, but it seems this product can't improve naturally thin nails.

  I'm taking this supplement for my nails and hair, but I'm also using a topical nail treatment and hair essence alongside it. I'm hoping for some synergy between all these products!

  I bought this hoping my hair would grow faster after having to cut a lot due to damage. I've been taking it consistently, and while I'm not sure if it's reducing hair loss yet, I feel like my hair texture has improved! I'm also a regular at the nail salon, and they recommended this supplement.
