It's the vitamin my dad takes regularly, and it's great! This is a product I keep repurchasing. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Though it would be nice if the price was a bit lower.

My dad's been taking them, and he says the tablets are a manageable size - not too big, just slightly larger than average. This makes them fairly easy to swallow. We've had experiences in the past where we had to throw out entire bottles of Centrum vitamins because the pills were too large to swallow comfortably. While it would be nice if they were a bit smaller, the fact that you only need to take one a day is quite satisfying. Dad tends to catch colds easily in winter, but whether it's just a feeling or not, it seems like he's been getting sick less often... It's encouraging! My mom takes the Silver Women's formula, so I compared the ingredients. It's interesting to see how the proportions differ slightly between formulas. Honestly, it's hard to notice dramatic changes from taking vitamins, but somehow it feels reassuring. For men over 50, I think the Centrum Multivitamin Silver Men's formula could be a great choice. While the tablets aren't enormous, they're not exactly easy to swallow either. It's a bit disappointing. This is the product my father is taking. While searching for a multivitamin, I came across Hwahae reviews and decided to purchase Centrum Silver Men. The pills are incredibly easy to take! The price is a bit disappointing as it's quite expensive. However, considering the ingredients, it's still excellent value. If you're considering buying a multivitamin, I highly recommend Centrum Silver Men.
