I didn't know before, but I saw on the Hwahae app that there are group purchases available. I just bought mine from Coupang. It's easy to take, and I usually take it on an empty stomach without any discomfort, fishy taste, or heartburn. It's really a smooth experience overall, and I'm taking it without any issues.

At some point, I realized I had no forehead acne and my skin texture had improved significantly. I wondered what had changed, and then I remembered I started taking this omega-3! Although the daily intake is listed as 1 capsule, I'm taking 2g! A pharmacist mentioned that if you want to see inflammation-reducing effects, it's recommended to take 2,000mg. Maybe that's why I saw faster results - my skin has really improved! (However, excessive intake is not recommended!!)
