I bought this after watching a YouTube video by Yakdeul-yak, and I'm now on my second bottle after finishing the first one. I didn't know before, but I saw on the Hwahae app that there are group purchases available. I just bought mine from Coupang. It's easy to take, and I usually take it on an empty stomach without any discomfort, fishy taste, or heartburn. It's really a smooth experience overall, and I'm taking it without any issues. While it works fine for me, my mom prefers taking two smaller pills instead of one large one. I guess it's a matter of personal preference. Personally, I like getting it done with just one pill.

At some point, I realized I had no forehead acne and my skin texture had improved significantly. I wondered what had changed, and then I remembered I started taking this omega-3! Although the daily intake is listed as 1 capsule, I'm taking 2g! A pharmacist mentioned that if you want to see inflammation-reducing effects, it's recommended to take 2,000mg. I love that this omega-3 supplement has 80% purity, making it trustworthy. It's great that they use ingredients from KD Pharma, a top-rated source for omega-3. The 150% daily value of Vitamin D is a bonus, eliminating the need for a separate supplement. The capsules are odorless and easy to swallow despite containing 1000mg of omega-3. The individual packaging reduces oxidation risk, which is fantastic. It's also reassuring that the product is tested for heavy metals, adding to its reliability. While the price is a bit steep, it's hard to resist given the high 80% purity of the omega-3. It seems like a necessary investment for quality.

I bought these from the Yakdeul-yak band and I've been stocking up on the Dambaek-haru Omega-3. Omega-3 is absolutely essential. Sometimes I'm taken aback when a fishy taste suddenly comes up a little while after taking it, but I guess that's just the nature of Omega-3? Though I don't recall experiencing this with the Omega-3 I took before. As shown in the photo, I cut them into individual pieces and take one daily.

The price is just right, so it's not burdensome. I really like it! I'm going crazy from the fishy aftertaste that comes up after eating. Thankfully, I only bought one box. In the future, I should only buy one box at a time to try before purchasing more. Rather than offering a tip, I honestly don't think I'll repurchase. The fishy taste is too strong, so I'll have to look for another good product. I started taking these after a YouTube recommendation! They're so convenient to take, packaged in easy-to-swallow pill form. I'm not particularly sensitive to smells, but I've noticed these have much less of a fishy odor compared to other omega-3 supplements. I'm extremely satisfied with them! There's nothing I'm particularly disappointed with~ I've tried various omega-3 supplements, but this one has significantly less of that fishy or oily smell compared to others. I bought this for my parents. I carefully compared the ingredients, origin, and manufacturing process before choosing this product. I'm glad they seem to be enjoying it. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. Other than that, there aren't any major drawbacks. Because it's expensive, I opt for cheaper products for myself...
